Welcome to Reflection Pointe! Reflection Pointe is a “true” custom home built community consisting of 362 home sites. Home style is eclectic European per the community building guidelines. The minimum build requirements for a single-story home is 2,000 HLA, and for a two-story home is 2,400 HLA.
Reflection Pointe is also “Gated Community” located ten minuets from downtown Belmont, and thirty minutes from Upton Charlotte. Community amenities included a community clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, paved walking paths, recreation/soccer field, marina area, waterfront pavilion, beach front, and fountain ponds throughout the community.
