Welcome, I started my Real Estate career in Michigan in 2001 after 17 years as an independent Manufactures Representative selling to automotive and non-automotive manufacturers. In 2004 my family relocated to Florida, where I held a Brokers license working with both buyers and sellers in the Fort Lauderdale area. In 2007 relocated to Belmont, North Carolina, a small bedroom community just west of Charlotte, North Carolina. Currently, I hold active licenses in both North Carolina, South Carolina, and Michigan.

Charlotte, NC is a great place to live with plenty to do! I am a boater, so lake life is in my blood, where I enjoy spending time on Lake Wylie. I also enjoy getting up to the mountains, just a 2-hour drive from the Charlotte area. The mountains can be a great place to get away from the summer heat and enjoy a day trip to Blowing Rock, NC. If a snow skier, which I am, there are two ski resorts in Banner Elk, North Carolina, to break up the winter months. And if the ocean is calling, there is always the Carolina coast for the beaches and ocean air. So much to do from the Charlotte area!

Living in the Belmont / Lake Wylie area, one community I have specialized in is the Gated Community of Reflection Pointe in Belmont, NC. If looking for lake life living, this is a place to check out if looking to build or buy a resale home. Belmont is a bedroom community just west of Charlotte. Since 2007 I have seen it blossom with new restaurants, pubs, shopping and much more. Belmont is a community offering the feel of small town living just minutes away from Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina.
